Buildablock (An Abrams Block Book)

Great book for our little construction vehicle crazy boy! Good quality, lovely graphics and really enjoyable to go through again and again!

Great series of books my toddler loves them!

The wording in this book skews towards the American names for different vehicles. Also, sometimes the wording in the book is at odds with the action the child needs to complete to reveal more of each scene. One page in particular notes that "We build up", leading to a flap that folds upwards. Then "We build down", however the flap opens sideways. There are a couple fo bits like this where it wasn't quite as well thought through as others in the series. I'd recommend the Farm Block over this book. However, the book is still sturdy, imaginitive and has a variety of things to look at. Still a good buy for any appropriately aged kid.

We LOVE this book. It is a stand out among many similar themed books on the market. We love that the book is bright, beautiful, tells a story while naming all the different types of vehicles, and that there is a sneaky little pigeon to find on each page. My kids love following along on the pigeon's journey as well. It is a 10/10 book. We recommend it to all of our friends and buy it regularly as birthday gifts for any kids who loves construction vehicles.

2 yr old son loves it, he is obsessed with construction
