I am extremely disappointed with this product. The one-page leaflet provided has no clear instructions at all on how to open the doorbell button, especially for battery replacement. There is no guidance for installationbut only for how to paste it on the wall(seriously), and nothing that explains whether it slides open or snaps open. For a basic consumer product, this is unacceptable and frustrating. What makes the experience worse is the terrible customer support. The contact details mentioned on the box are practically useless. Either the support team cannot communicate in English properly or they simply do not want to help. Despite multiple attempts, I received no clear guidance. I raised a request hoping for proper assistance, but the only option offered was a replacement, which makes no sense when the product itself is poorly designed and unsupported. I do not want a replacement for a useless product with zero support. I want a refund. Strongly advise others to think twice before buying this unless the company improves instructions and customer service.
