It's a lotion!
I have tried it, but didn't really make any changes on me, but you can try it out yourself.

I like it
I wish the cream was in a larger jar because it works well. Of the two it's my favorite. But the pills so far are working in combination with another pill. But the cream is amazing.

Couldn’t tell a difference
So I wanted this product to work. Suffering from hip joint arthritis. I took both the oral pills and the cream is product and could not tell a difference at all. I also used it on my foot that has plantar fasciitis. Again could not tell a difference from before or while using the cream and pills.

Taste good swallow with ease
Easy to swallow taste pleasant 2nd bottle and I am very interested in this product and am willing to do 6month to get full results in my opinion only ok will let you get monthly opinion from me
