After purchasing this product , I tried using it, but unfortunately, it wasn't working. I contacted the service center, and they promptly assisted me. Despite the product not being under warranty, they replaced it with a new one. I'm very impressed with the service provided.

I strongly advise not buying the Verilux® 128GB 4-in-1 Flash Drive. When I purchased it, it looked convenient with multiple interfaces—Lightning, Micro USB, USB-A, and Type-C. But after using it for a year, the product has turned out to be a complete waste of money. The biggest issue is the iOS app Y-Disk, which is required to access files on iPhone/iPad. After recent updates, the app no longer supports the drive properly and now pushes you to buy a new product instead of letting you use the one you already paid for. This is unacceptable and feels like a planned way to force customers to spend more. The build quality also seems questionable, and I honestly believe this is just another cheap Chinese-made gadget with no long-term reliability or proper support. It might work fine initially, but eventually, you’ll be stuck with a useless pendrive that the app won’t recognize. Think twice before buying. Look for a more reliable, branded product instead of wasting money like I did.

as someone who STRUGGLES with storage, this has been a life saviour. Only issue is Data transfer speed is slow but otherwise it’s good and compact
