This is first time buying from the vendor. As given in description of product, customizations are chargeable, but are also affordable at the same time. As first time customers, though we might have worries on how end product looks like, it is worth every penny. As soon as order is booked, I approached them on the mobile number given. Waiting time on their response is very minimal. If we explore their business account on Whatsapp, we find few more products which might be interesting to try as well. Then, I was sent PDF file to decide logo on the wooden box. This is a vast list and it suits every occasion. Got dial images to select one. And, we have to give content to print on back of the watch. As soon as we share all details along with customization payment, work will be started. I received product within ten days. The whole wooden box looks elegant, bright and of very good quality. It can be well fitted in our hands and of medium weight. Logo and name carvings are very perfect. The lid of the box is not so delicate. It shows its strength when we try to open it. Felt good to see this quality as most of the times, lids will brake if their quality is not good. Watch is in working condition. The chain that comes with it is of very good length and whole set of watch is in same colour and shade which adds to its beauty. Having names, and our own message to our dear ones on a product they often use is a different experience. 😊

The product is good. There is an additional customisation charge of Rs.800/- additional to be paid apart from MRP, which was not mentioned in the page. In the description it was mentioned that image/photo customisation is available.But as confirmed by the seller that feature is not currently available.
