A Decent budget laptop
Herobook Pro plus intel celeron n4020c , 8Gb RAM , 256Gb SSD for under 20K is a decent laptop for everyday web browsing , excel/word editing , light photo/video edting etc. laptop has nice wide spaced keys keyboard , decent large trackpad , made of sturdy plastic body which is solid to hold , 14.1 inch 16:9 ratio lcd display which is crisp. It is 1.4kg in weight so easy to carry around, Around 6 hours of battery life for normal web browsing , video playing , Coming to some cons , since laptop Processor is of budget type dont expect faster responce in WIndows 11 but its responsive enough for everyday web browsing and light loads, not designed for heavy multitasking, boot time is around 10-12 secs , Go for 8 GB RAM variant of this Chewi laptop as WIndows 11 itself takes around 3.5 GB RAM without any applications open . The Power adapter port is located between USB and mini-hdmi port which may interfere with certain display cable size because of the way its designed. You may install Linux on this for more responsive OS.Another quirk i have noticed is that if you use external USB EFI boot device for booting into say linux this laptops BIOS does not detect it immediately , rather it boots into WIndows and then when restared again by restarting WIndows 11 it detects the USB drive and attempts to boot from it. Otherwise this is a decent budget laptop for everyday use.

Excelente compra, 100% recomendado
El producto me llegó una semana antes de lo programado, excelente calidad de producto y venía abierto el paquete pero esto porque lo revisaron en aduanas. Lo reselleron con la leyenda de que había sido revisado en aduana, no hay nada de que preocuparse.

Does Exactly What I Needed it To Do
<edit> 6 month update: just after the window closed for support, like a week after the 6 months was up, it crashed. Now it's stuck in BIOS and no one can get it to work again. So I basically rented a laptop for $35 a month. Hugely disappointing. I almost got a Chromebook after I dropped my previous laptop, because I only needed to access a few websites and dictate some documents for work. I considered using the Word app for docs, But I'm so used to the Windows environment and my Office365 subscription that I was hesitant to make a switch. This laptop was extremely affordable and has been great so far (I've had it for a few months). I'm running three outboard monitors (one from the HDMI port and two others from a a USB hub and two adapters), and it handles everything I throw at it (including the occasional netflix stream on one monitor while I do some work on the other two and the laptop screen itself). I suspect it might not be a good gaming pc, but it does exactly what I needed it to do, and I'm happy with it
