Defective item. The audio port did not work. Called product customer care which could not assertion issue. Asked Amazon to replace.Horrible experience. replacement which never came. Ultimately returned.

Seems to be there is a lag in AUDIO PORT?Sound can't be heard instantly.It will take 1 or 2 secs, before you hear the soundVGA port resolution and quality not as publishedUpdated : Type C port (of hub) & HDMI port won't work simultaneously - dual monitor will go blank

Does not work with my Dell laptop. Output from this is 55W, laptop needs 65W.When you power on the laptop, it shows an error message saying that atleast 60W output is needed.Did not see any mention of 55 W on product description.Need to use the laptop charger to charge and plug the usb c into the second usb port on the laptop. Not all laptops have that.No option to return.

The Ultimate USB hub working fine.

After complete testing with HP X360 I was not able to experience below features:1. Phone connection, phone shows as phone is charging the connected device (laptop) i.e we see that using laptop battery the phone gets charged but when this is connected phone battery will be drained and it shows as laptop/M-Port gets charged.2. VGA, the connection shows blank screen/no connection established.
