It was alot bigger than I was expecting for the price, but I hardly see why that can be a complaint. Seasoning is amazing and my favorite brand. Always knocks every meal out of the park

This is such a go to in my larder. On potatoes- zucchini - carrots- you name it! Pop in the oven and roast. Good for sayte too. Love the whole prudhomme set. I give these spices as gifts.

We love using the Chef Paul's vegetable seasoning on all our vegetable dishes. It has lower salt content than most other seasonings. It's makes our vegetables very flavorful, but not spicy at all. I buy it in these large containers and just put it in my small glass bottles of Chef Paul's vegetable seasoning. It's so much cheaper to buy it in these larger containers.

Great all around spice. One of my favorites from the lineup next to Meat and Poultry Magics. Good Value - and large enough to share with people that haven't tried it.

I use this stuff all the time on all kinds of food (not just veggies), and also to make my own salad dressing. I was tired of having to buy the little glass bottles from the supermarket which cost about $4 for 2oz of seasoning. This industrial size can is 24oz for $12, so do the math... You'd need 12 of those little bottles to get the same amount of seasoning, which would cost $48! This really is a fantastic deal. Now I just refill one of my old 2oz glass shaker bottles from this can, and off I go. In a dressing, it's great on all kinds of salad, but goes really well on one of my favorites, which is a southwestern-style made with a can of low-sodium corn, a handful of halved cherry tomatoes, and a couple avocados cut into 1/2" chunks. It's also awesome to pour on a half an avocado for a quick snack. Salad Dressing Recipe: Mix 2 parts lime juice with 1 part olive oil (I like non-virgin so it's not bitter, and you can even go without any oil if you want) * A generous amount of Veggie Magic.. should color the dressing and be visible * A bit of salt to taste It makes for a very light, but very flavorful dressing, and everyone I've tested it on loves it too. For what it's worth, I've tried a bunch of the other * Magic seasoning blends from Chef Paul P, and I really think this one is worlds better than any other for my tastes.

Love this. Put into small shaker for ease of use. Very fresh.
