Birds love them!
Tried these as I was getting fed up of trying different bird seeds and having a lot wasted on the floor (never realised how 'picky' some birds are! These are great! All the birds love them. Only downside is the cost of keeping refilling the feeder!

Birds love it. Updated review.
The birds can't get enough of these suet pellets with mealworm. Excellent value for money. The only thing that I would criticise is the packaging. When the cardboard box arrived there was a hole in it and because that was the only packaging it emptied the contents onto the floor as I walked it through my house. Updated review. I go through approximately one box of these every month. The last box was full of powder and this has caused me huge issues with the feeders as it tends to block the actual pellets from working their way down. It has a tenancy to solidify and so i have to dig it out and it gets thrown away. I have to throw it away on a daily basis, I have 3 feeders on my tree and this is a lot of unused wasted product that the birds won't touch, very time consuming for me and yet i have had to pay for the same weight but effectively a faulty product. I think that the seller should make 2 changes, 1) line the boxes with something to protect product and peoples floor when in transportation. 2) when at the bottom of your product filter or sieve it so that you customers don't have to pay for useless and messy product. Its a shame that I have had to write this negatively as the birds love the product when its not all powder. Let's hope my next batch isn't like this one.

Very popular food
These mealworm pellets are very popular with several species: Blue Tits, Great Tits, Coal Tits, Nuthatch, Robin. I feed three different ways: from a dish in a squirrel-proof cage; from a hanging peanut feeder; from a squirrel buster classic. These various methods attract birds that prefer to feed in different ways. The pellets are small, but don't fall through the mesh in the peanut feeder. They enable the smaller birds to get on & off the feeder quickly & they don't have to work hard to get the food. 23 February update - had a female goldcrest feeding from these pellets today. They are just the right size for our smallest bird.

The birds love them.
I don’t know about the flavour but my garden birds can’t get enough of it. One thing is a bit annoying and that is the dust , I have to sieve them or my container gets full of dust and I don’t like the idea of the birds breathing dust. It is probably the way they have to be made. I suppose you can’t have everything. I still won’t buy anything else.

They are quite tiny pieces
Due to the tiny size of the pellets, they easily turn to dust in such a big package. The weight and friction caused them to break up a little. Mine arrived in a string inner plastic bag within the box. However, in terms of vfm you get a great deal and the wastage that turns to dust is accounted for. Though you need to make sure you do not scoop it up with the pellets as this makes for a messy, sticky patch if it rains. You also need to consider where you store such a big bag. The full range of birds (Robins, Tits, Magpies, Sparrow, Starlings and others) and Squirrels (mixed feelings about them!) all seem to like it. However it's not suitable for wet weather as it becomes mushy and the birds can't peck it. But great vfm and may buy again.
