We have the 2 Cup dish since 2021 for our miniature poodle. It has solved her difficulties in easily reaching her food. We just purchased a 1 Cup dish for our young rescue tabby cat. He loves it. Both dishes are the correct height for easy eating and the bowl shape allows our pets to reach all their food. The stainless steel is high quality and cleans perfectly. Highly recommend this brand.

I love the quality of this product. He's scared of sounds and the rubber liner for the metal bowl takes care of that. It's sturdy. I bought it for my 16 lb shih tzu. I ordered a medium/ 1 cup. I'm going to keep that for dry food but I've just ordered the small because when he tried eating the wet food from that he got it all over his face.

We have a deaf/blind senior dog. The angled bowl and the non-slip aspects of this set-up are very good for her. The bowl doesn't slide along the floor as her other bowls do. I chose the 1 cup size - she's 12" at her shoulders and weighs 13 lbs. It's OK for her, but any dog larger than that would want the larger sized bowl. It is nicely made and sturdy. The only thing I dislike is that the rubbery band that keeps the stainless bowl from slipping around inside the base doesn't stay put. It slides off for cleaning and then it's a chore to get it reseated under the rim of the stainless bowl. Otherwise, it's a nice bowl and helpful.

Very nice design. However, it wasn’t big enough. I have a Lab & her meal & water needs are more than this bowl could hold. I did look at measure size, but I just thought it would work.

POSITIVE: The design is both beautiful and very functional. We feed wet food. Genius how the slanted sides keep our dogs long ears out of her food. The bowls are easy to clean. ACCEPTABLE: It's not 100% spill prove since food will move over the sides if dog licks in various directions, not just straight towards the back. Our dog tends to approach her bowl from different angels. But no big deal NOT SO GREAT: The silicone strip that holds the stainless steel inserts in place came off on one of our two bowls after a few weeks of use. Without the strip, the stainless steel insert is moving and spinning as the dog is licking the food. I pushed the silicone strip back on several times but it just would not stay in place. The other bowl did not have this problem. SUMMARY: Would have absolutely given this bowl 5 stars if both bowls would have lasted past a few weeks of use.

Dogs like to eat from these bowls and they don't tip over. The color goes well with our theme. I like seeing the different colors I have. I like the easy clean of the stainless steel bowl that fits nicely in place. I've had the base for over a few years and has held up. I've ordered extra bowls so I can have them portion out for someone to put in the holder when I'm away. I just put plastic wrap over the top. I don't worry about over or underfeeding. I just ordered more of these to keep for camping.

The one cup is the best size for cats. I found out the hard way by ordering smaller and larger first. These are really great for not making a mess. We have one rescue cat who the vet had to pull all her teeth due to problems, and she has a very hard time eating without making a mess. I always had to continue pushing the food back toward her to keep it from going over the opposite side of the bowl. Since I started using this type, she has not made a mess in the floor at all, and I don't have to continue helping her. I pat myself on the back for buying these for my animals. One reviewer had a problem with the band that is around the inside rim of the bowl not lasting. So far, I have had no problem with them, but I did think about them not lasting when I first opened the packages. However, my second thought was a wide rubber band would work the same way, a simple solution. Also, any animal larger than a five pound chihuahua needs a larger bowl than the ½ cup size. They are very sturdy and easy to clean too.

Bought this bowl for one of our cats. She has what is called 'chin acne', a sore looking mess. So I read that plastic and ceramic bowls are a no no, but stainless steel was recommended. This little bowl fit the bill perfectly. Its a bit raised, the stainless steel bowl sits in it tilted forward, can be taken from the stand for easy cleaning. The whole thing is very well made, sturdy and non-slip. The cat had no issues with it, gobbled up her food. The other cats were curious and jealous... they came over to check it out. One was fascinated by the shine of the bowl, kept reaching inside with his paw and tapping it. Might have to get them all a new bowl, lol. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and this is a quality item.

I expected it to be flimsy but it’s actually sturdy and functional. Easy to clean and my dog eats his meals from it with no problem.

I will be purchasing one for the cat as well. Great product for the dog and so much quieter when he eats now. Nice looking as well. Quality is good.

When I first removed the metal dish insert from the melamine pink holder, I noticed that there were black marks running around the rim of the top of the pink holder. I thought it was a bit odd, as the dish was just newly bought. Then, I went to wash the metal dish after the first day of use, and I noticed that whatever is coating / covering the supposedly 'stainless steel' dish (I don't believe that it is stainless steel, or it was certainly defective in this case if it was), was starting to smear off as black residue on my fingers (and that explained the black marks I had originally noticed around the rim of the pink holder). The dish, itself, also lost any shine it had originally, after first wash (it looks dull and dirty in the photos). The only thing used to wash the bowl was hot water and my hands; no cleaning products or scrubbers were used (I wouldn't use any cleaning products in case my cat ingested any residues afterwards). Anyway, it states that both the dish and the holder are dishwasher safe - I don't know what way it would have ended up if I'd tried that, after what I witnessed with a more basic wash method! I have attached photos of what I am talking about (look at that awful black stuff; it's a bit like the black marks on your fingers if you were using a pencil for a period of time, and it smeared off). I wonder if my bowl was the only one that was defective, and just bad luck for me, because I cannot understand how no one else has not encountered this problem! I think it's awful, and I'm posting this review to warn other pet owners; whatever is coming off that bowl is not something you would want your pets ingesting! I requested a full refund for this item, as I could not use it again, for anything - it had to go straight in the bin!
