This pair of secateurs is good quality, stays sharp and easy to use. The shape of the handles has an ergonomic feel to them and fit nicely into the hand for ease of use. Good value for money too.

Mostly plastic, so if I were using this all day, every day I might go for an all-metal one, but even so, it feels very solid.Certainly sharp and no problem slicing through stems up to around 20mm. Feels nice in the hand (I have large hands, so your mileage may vary, as they say) and doesn’t seem prone to ‘finger trap’.Quality piece of gear, although obviously you pay for it.

No spring to lose makes these secateurs perfect for gardening

Secateurs are a sore point, due to having a high grip strength, I have broken many a pair of Secateurs over the years.These are comfortable in my larger hands, with the safety catch is in a a far better place for me than on the side.Bonus point, the wife who has a weak grip, likes them too.

Great scissors for amateur garden use. My brother is a professional and he has a super expensive ones. Garden is not like that but for the money it's a good value. If chopping thicker branch you might leave a damaged bark from the pressure but it goes through bigger branches well. Nice firm grip and design

I like all the product I have bought from Gardena over the years, I have trust in their products. These are very good and strong, I like the locking mechanism which is easy to apply.

Where do l start? First, product performance was great. Using these secateurs felt comfortable a quality manufactured product.Less than half dozen times light usage the holding screw in jaw fell out and was lost in shrubbery. Tiny lost screw impossible to locate. On further inspection the orange buffer button had also fell out during usage. Unable to return to Amazon, return window closed.Gardena support through Amazon link totally ignored repair/replacement request.Less than 8 months old light usage so called guarantee of 25yrs completely useless.25 year guarantee is misleading when there is no support to customers.I notice these have been superseded by another model. Looks identical……Disappointed with Amazon as retailer, Gardena as manufacturer with no customer support!
