Can I use the Avantree Wireless connected to a camera, to receive and transmit to a device that is a speaker and a microphone at the same time?

I would not think this was possible, as my understanding is that the units can both transmit and receive, but only one function at a time. these can be swapped around by selecting this at each unit.

Can I use a pair of these to connect my dab radio with an existing older hifi?

I'd imagine that it is possible if you have the correct connectors. (3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack(aux cable) maybe the cable you need.

all i can say is it comes with a red and white line connection cable connected with a single jack plug which goes into the avantree then the tv hope this helps.

Is it possible to replace this battery? The manual mentions that it is a 270mah rechargeable Lithium Ion but says nothing else.

I don't think it is easy to change and really not. Meant to be changed. I have had two of these fir 4. Years and I just make sure I charge them every couple of months if I am not using and charging. So far no problems.
