I like that it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-carb — perfect for vegan or keto diets. Not the cheapest, but great quality and nutrition!

I tried other whey based protein and would have occasional headaches. It's not uncommon. Started using Vega Essential and find it doesn't cause any gastric issues or headaches. Very short ingredient list is great to see compared to others. Personally like the Vanilla flavor. It mixes fine with water in a Shaker bottle. No, it doesn't taste like DQ blizzard. It's completely palatable for a daily supplement. I bought allot of it when it was marked down for an excellent price. Highly recommend!

The creamy chocolate flavor tastes good, mixes well, and doesn’t feel heavy. It’s plant-based but still gives a solid 25g of protein, which is perfect for a quick shake after workouts. Good quality and super easy to drink. Only thing I didn't like, its a bit powdery.

Love the item. I ordered the peanut butter flavor and I enjoy it on a daily basis. I know many people will not enjoy the flavor, but let’s be honest, when it comes to food and drinks, it all comes down to preference and taste buds. In my case I loved and my wife tolerates it. As far as quality, I do believe it is great quality as shown by some 3rd party studies. I enjoy the convenience and price of buying in bulk, especially when training. As far as keeping you satisfied, I think it does a good job, but because it is plant based don’t expect to fill like it can be a meal replacement, plus it is easily digestible, or at least that is my case, which I like too. I don’t feel bloated, nor gassy which has happened with other type of protein shakes. I will continue buying this product, especially when it is on sale and I stock up

Smooth. Creamy. Delicious. A wonderful additive to my morning yogurt mix. As a vegetarian, I am limited on protein powders and I need the protein to read my macro count. I am very pleased with this brand and the flavor!

Eeeyuck. Idk if it’s the flavor but nooo. Added “Natural flavors” which is NOT healthy and stilllll tastes gross. Gave 3 stars because it’s still protein but tastes gross. Can’t even return :(

Quality protein, easy on the stomach. Vanilla is light with a slightly fruity back note making it funky with coffee but delicious with green tea. Mixes easily no clumping even when dumped in water and stirred. Slightly gritty unless mixed with hot liquid. I like to mix up a batch of latte type drink when I meal prep. Also works as creamer substitute.

Yo feliz con esta proteína. Me agradan los sabores veganos. Sin embargo hay quienes prefieren la proteína de suero de leche. Es tema de gustos y paladares.
