This batch was way too fruity and bright.
I've purchased the Balanced beans several times and liked them. So this time I bought 6 bags at once to save money. But for some reason, these bags taste more like the Bright beans. I like my coffee to taste smooth and almost chocolatey. These bags are way too fruity, almost like I added lemon zest to the coffee. I've had to mux the beans with a darker roast to actually balance it out a little. Once I finish these bags up, I don't think I'll be buying them again. The quality and consistency of Blue Bottle has really declined since they were purchased by a huge corporation. Such a shame.

Wrong Flavor
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Flavor is BOLD not BALANCED. I have not had any coffee yet for obvious reasons and I am ready to go nuclear over this minor inconvenience!!
