I have tried many products for my constantly sore, arthritic knee --Pills, creams, support braces --all with very little success. Received my order promptly and began taking one pill a day, with food, as directed. Around the 6th day of doing this, I started to notice less pain in my knee, more stability and basically overall easier knee movement. Taking Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health is the only thing I have done differently and I can only conclude that it has been the difference between how I felt prior to Osteo Bi-Flex and after. My family has noticed the difference in my walking, I notice the difference in my walking and I am loving being able to move around like I used to years ago. This is kind of dopey, asking us to rate a product we received a few days ago and have not even opened yet. It is a good product for me, I have been using it for a very long time, and my assumption is that the new box will be just like the old box. Was not damaged or wet or anything like that...

These pills are so easy to swallow. They cost less than competitors and my husband claims that they are a lot more effective at relieving pain and keeping down inflammation. The only drawback is the shipping. Packaging could be better. The box sometimes arrived crushed. Luckily the pills are encased securely and they are not damaged.
