So some and light
I have used on my kayak paddle nd sup paddle and nice and light, good price..and just gives you that extra insurance that paddle will float if do drop or catch paddle on something or when you fall off.. I bought two and we both think great to have.

OK, so depends on how heavy your paddle is. It gave me a few more seconds to retrieve mine before it submerged though!
