Intensifies your walk
Some athletes here are doing push-ups and sit-ups and other calisthenics here and that is remarkable and I salute it. I have the 23 lb vest and I use it only for walking. My goal is to walk 3 miles a day to get cardio and just basic exercise. I didn't take any of the weights out so I have the full 23 pounds, and I'll tell you, it makes each step wonderful and intense, but it doesn't feel like you're wearing a lot of weight. I've noticed that the pace of my three mile walks is just around the same 2.7 mph, so it really doesn't slow you down somehow. But when you take your heart rate after a hill or something, you'll find that you're getting a really good cardio. To me it seems very well made and I guess if I get older or there's days when I'm tired I could take out some other weights, but I'm using the full 23 pounds for now. I do wonder whether it will have extra wear and tear on the knees and hips but it just feels like it strengthening everything as I walk.

So far so good
I'm enjoying this vest so far. More so than other weight vests I've tried before. This particular one has a velcro belt that wraps around the abdomen that makes it manageable to do pushups without it sagging. 23 pounds is as high as this one goes and I've used that weight right off the bat so i may pay more money and go for the heavier vest once I level up.

Worth the buy
Easily adjustable and worked well for WCT training

Over designed but very useful
I'd argue the Velcro is overkill and makes this annoying to adjust. Have had no problems otherwise. Weighted vests are a game changer for weight loss, though.

Awesome vest!!!
Best blend of comfortability, adjustability, and price. This is my 5th weighted vest. I love how this sits high, the sandbag vests sit way too low for my purposes. I run the dogs with a ski jouring harness on, so having a high sitting vest is a must for me. This vest is very comfortable, I just got it and went on a 2 mile run, I love it so far. The Velcro is very strong. I would have ordered the 60 pound gymnastic vest, but it’s currently sold out, so this was the next best vest I could find. I wish it had some pockets on the chest, or a way to attach a water bladder. Compared to what’s on the market, this is still getting 5 stars from me. Thanks!!!

Rubbed my Arm Raw
I was so excited to get this weighted vest to use while walking on the treadmill. I am 5'6" approx 215 lbs. 38 C chest. The vest slips over the head which may be cumbersome for some people. It has adjustable side velcro and this is where the problem lies. If you have larger then a C chest this may not work for you as it was pretty snug on me with a little extra room to adjust. The velcro on the right side was covered but the velcro on the left side is not covered and by the time I was done wearing it for my first workout the inside of my arm was raw and washed, there is no way to adjust or fix this as its just the way the vest was designed so I will be returning and getting one with no telco exposed on the side.

Camo seems to scare folks
45 lb will do its job for your training. The camo will unfortunately freak out all the worry-warts in the neighborhood.

High quality. Good fit
Well made with steel weights that are simple to swap compared to the bag type. Fits me nicely at 5 8 145 lbs. Very secure strap so it doesn't move around. Not too long so it didn't get in the way bending over.

Two words - Game Changer ! Rucking is a great way to get in shape IMO Quality is excellent, stitching is perfect and weights are solid. I would recommend this adjustable vest over other items simply because of the fact that it can be adjusted, rather than being stuck with various different weighted vests. I purchased the 45lb vest. I am 185lbs so to start I took 25lbs out and distributed 20lbs evenly front and back, which is just over 10% of my body weight. I am going to continue to walk with this amount for 1 week then increase the total weight after seeing how I feel next week. If you enjoy walking as your main form of exercise, I would recommend a weighted vest to bring your walks to the next level (as long as you do not have any joint issues) you will enjoy this! I can walk well with 20lbs and keep up my usual pace. I actually really look forward to my walks more and I can’t wait to increase the total weight as time goes on. If anything changes I will update my review but so far so good, with this solid weighted vest!

El producto no es de buena calidad, se desgarró a las pocas semanas de uso y sin el peso completo

Works very well, and the Velcro straps are very strong

I have one problem with this vest and that is they put the scratchy velcro on the vest and the soft velcro on the straps. Some of the scratchy velcro is uncovered under my left inner bicep when strapped and exercises where my arms rub on it (i.e. dips) cause abrasion almost to bleeding. I have so far countered with a theraband loop worn over the vest, a long sleeve shirt (now shirt is damaged), wearing the vest unstrapped, and wearing backwards (reduced skin contact). None of these solutions are good and I shouldn't need to solve for what I consider a serious design flaw. The real solution is for the manufacturer to simply put the soft velcro on the vest. For me, this is a serious design issue so I knocked off 2 stars, but for the price and flexibility, this is still a great vest.
