Polar H10 is the Golden Standard in heart rate monitoring. The third one I had over a period of 7 years. They improved the design a lot and kept the accuracy in this new model. Battery compartment is more sturdy, that was the reason that I disposed from the previous model as the battery compartment wore out after the third or fourth battery replacement. With this new model, this issue was fixed.

Quick delivery, comes with battery installed syncs to smart watch straight away with no problems. I bought this to use with my Huawei GT 3 Pro and works perfectly.

Tried several times and replaced new battery but does not connect with Bluetooth of Apple watch series 6 and 8. I returned and gladly they will refund.

Received the H10 chest strap and this piece of garbage did not connect to anything. we have 4 phones in the house and none could connect to it. The app is not well build and had zero success connecting. save your time and money, get a garmin.

Device connected with my Concept2 indoor rower in first attempt and data was accurate throughout my workout. Adjustable strap was easy to use for the best fit. It does not have any memory and I do not need it since it was on the monitor and it was logged under my workout. That was exactly what I was looking for my indoor rowing workouts.

Product is as described and works ok. It works 100% accurately with the paired Polar watch. It also works with gym fitness machines equipped with Bluetooth technology for HR reading (e.g. Life Fitness treadmill), but for some reason approx. after first 10 minutes of training, the HR indications on the machine start jumping up and down. I could not figure our why.

While the H10 is geared towards accuracy I have minor issues with the convenience, OH1 might be a better option, in that regard. My cheap armband gives very near results, so, all in all, I would say the polar H10 is a good calibration device for which you can gauge any other device and this was the main reason I got it, as a side benefit the polar software is okay it does have only basic capabilities but it works.

最初は慣れないと、邪魔でしょうがないです。胸は痛くなるし。でも慣れると、最強です。腕につける、緑LEDのpolarsenseも持ってますが、正確さと応答早さはもう比較にならないですね。電池もボタン電池交換式ですが、びっくりするくらい持ちます。数ヶ月持つでしょこれ。おもしろいのは、胸に固定するベルトの内側に、テカテカした部分があり、それが肌に密着し、心臓の電気信号を拾っているようで、つまり機械の金属部が肌に触れない、冬にも優しい構造です。LED式が嫌で、胸にこういうガジェットつけても気にならない人は、とにかくおすすめします。

I use this with Welltory and EliteHRV. Very useful to track recovery and morning readiness. I thought the strap would be uncomfortable but can't really feel it. One issue is certain yoga poses will be uncomfortable with the device strapped across the chest.

Good product when it works. But has connectivity issues

The Polar H10 was easy to fasten to my chest and stayed there. I used a small amount of electrode gel rather than water so the connection was excellent with little “noise” when I connected to the ELITE HRV app which has an array of useful readings and training information. HR and HRV data appears accurate when compared to other medical grade devices. If accuracy while in motion is important, this is a very good product. However, I would caution a buyer to read the size of the strap to make sure that it will fit properly. I am 6’1” and about 200, the strap fit well but I can see that this M-XXL size strap may not fit larger users with chests more than 50”. The choice of App is also important. The Elite HRV app came to my attention as there was a connection with Mindfulness practices as well as exercise. I have not explored other Apps yet, but I am pleased so far.
