Amazing results if you follow the recommended dosage. My cholesterol went down from 7.6 to 4.8 after six weeks, taking these as instructed at four a day initially. I'm now on a maintenance dose of two a day. I have to say, I think they've done an amazing job.

In July 2020 I was told my cholesterol was up to 6.5. A friend advised taking these tabs as directed. I did, combined with walking 10000 steps a day (that's an hour and 20 mins a day), cutting down fat intake to around 50-60g a day, calories to 2200 max a day. At the end of three months my cholesterol was down fro 6.5 to 4.8 (as of mid Oct 2020). My BP which was always 120/75 was down to 103/75 (and that's after I'd just raced on foot to GP), my BMI down to 23.5, my weight down to what it was in my 20's (I'm now 67). Maybe it was a coincidence but the GP was both delighted and amazed at the progress. And so am I! Thank you...

Have been using this product for quite a while now and have no plans of stopping. If you have probs with high cholesterol and are lazy like me, plant sterols are the way to go. I have not personally checked my cholesterol again but friends of mine have, and found it has gone down significantly. Doctors will not recommend or inform you about alternative medicines mainly because they cant. If they did they would be liable for any damages, there is a lot of bad stuff out there. The only thing I dont like is that they soy used in the product is neither organic nor fermented. As soy is the "shrimp of the earth" and picks up any toxins and dirt in the soil. Holland and Barrett do one to that is made of soy lecitin but theirs is not fermented or organic either. Havent found one out there that is - if anyone knows let me know please!

There is good medical evidence that proves this works. Check proper medical research databases such as pubmed. Don't just google expecting the results to be truthful, you should no better than the believe the first thing you read on the internet. However you also need to be reasonable, if you are a high risk person/patient its better to speak to your GP and consider statins. This is better for those who haven't had a heart attack,stroke, high blood pressure yet. And those who normal medical treatment hasn't worked. The other option is to live and eat healthy, however this seems to be a harder than creating peace in the middle east.

Have used these for some time after unable to continue with statins due to rotten side effects. These sterols , using as advised on the tub, brought my cholesterol down by 2 points, and now the doctor is not concerned. You do need to keep taking them once you are on the two a day regime after meals.

My cholesterol level reduced from 7.5mmol/l to 4.8mmol/l after 3 months and I'm delighted. My GP was wondered how its possible without his prescription. I'm keep taking it 2 a day as advised to maintain and I haven't done second blood test to see if it maintains or not

Recommended by a local health store to reduce a 6.8 cholesterol was told to give it 12 weeks I gave it 8 months I'm now 6.3 . But I have made quite a few diet changes and the 6.8 was after a all inclusive holiday and 2 weddings.... Will continue to use easy to take

It's difficult to say what results this product (Higher Nature Red Sterol Complex) will have until I have my next cholesterol test.
