Received a used product twice
Purchased twice and both times received a blow dryer that has been used. All the packaging inside the box is missing and both times I ordered it It is missing one of the concentrator nozzle attachments. Extremely frustrating and disappointing for the price I paid.

Cons and pros
I would say I love this hairdryer it made my blowouts way faster and it’s very light weight but what I didn’t like was that after 2 months it started smelling burnt but just 2 days ago it made a weird noise I frequently cleaned the filter so I wouldn’t know what the problem was I checked and nothing seem out of place but it just smelled like burnt wires so I stoped using it
