Yes they do , so you can use without as individual pressure aids Or in the bag as a twinned version, for either side of spine for example

Not as hard as a lacrosse ball, but harder than a tennis ball. I have found them very useful.

I don't know Tai Chi balls work but these are amazing. The best part is even if you something wrong like roll over a bone or so it doesn't do any damage.
