Made my dish extra yummy!
I ordered this spice to use in a Georgian beef and tomato stew. The flavor was really great and I know my stew was a huge success because of this authentic addition. I really like the packaging. It's in a handy, resealable package that easily stands up in the cabinet.

Wonderful product!
My husband is Georgian 🇬🇪, and i need blue fenugreek for one of his favorite dishes, khinkali. I found this seller and was so impressed when i opened my package from them. I had of course the product I ordered along with a recipe card, a history of Georgia card and two free samples. I will absolutely order from these people in the future and I have not tried the samples. The fenugreek was perfect and exactly what I needed.

Decent but bitter
Utskho suneli is obtained from the blue fenugreek plant, which I have also grown from seed. The spice I have produced by grinding parts of my own plants has little bitterness but excellent flavor. This purchased product, while flavorful, is quite bitter, which is more characteristic of regular fenugreek than of the blue-flowering variety. Thus, I can't fully recommend it, but at least it is useable--and available. There don't seem to be many other reputable sources.
