Beau Products Concentrated Clear Vanilla Flavour 40 ml

I needed a clear vanilla for baking and this certainly fitted the bill. It has a lovely flavour without having to use the whole bottle. This is now my go to vanilla essence.

I bought this vanilla extract last year and was not expecting much from such a tiny bottle! Was left gobsmacked at the gorgeous unforgettable vanilla scent and how strong it actually is. You really do only need a SMALL amount whether it's a small or large cake, cookies, icing, buttercream - you name it! I love this vanilla, my new favourite for sure!I used it to make this 14in engagement cake for my cousin in May 2019, I used it for both the sponge cake layers and the mountain of delicious buttercream too.I had soooooo many compliments on the cake and I've now run out after baking so much over last 6+ months.Time for a refill now that I'm making a 2 tier LOL surprise cake for my daughter in a few weeks!Will post results with next review :D

Honestly one of the nicest vanilla extracts I've used, great also for trying to get that super white colour in buttercream. Defiantly would recommend!

Fantastic flavour, you only need a few drops and the smell reminds me of vanilla ice cream
