Great Stuff
I purchased this after bleaching my already fair hair to a very light platinum blonde with the intention of turning it white. Whilst it is not pure white it is a lovely colour and has removed almost all yellow-ness from my hair, I think it probably looks better than had it gone pure white. When I first received the product I was slightly put off by the size of the little pot it came in. I had no need to be as it seems to stretch a long way. I have used maybe 1/4-1/5th of the pot and have applied it twice. I'd say I left around two to three weeks between each application. I could have left it longer to be fair but the second time was less about getting my hair whiter and more about getting my hair softer. Which brings me to this product's other strong point, it will make your hair feel amazing. If you use this after bleaching when your hair has gone a bit dry at the ends it will sort it out and then some. Overall I would give this toner five stars, my hair feels silky and amazing and it's a brill colour too.

Brilliant Product!
First time I ever used this I was a bit worried as have been blonde most of my life.. this was change for me to platinum.. very easy to use and would recommend this to anyone. It gets rid of the reddish tones very easily.. love the colour!

Good
I used this product on light blonde hair that had yellow tones/streaks in the hope of tuning it platinum blonde. After the first allover hair application, I was very pleased to see that my fringe and the hair around my face were now completely devoid of yellow, but then noticed the ends and mid-lengths of my hair were just a lighter shade of yellow. It took two more applications of Virgin Snow to remedy this. I am pleased with the results but only to an extent as although it got rid of the yellow tones, it has just left my hair a lighter shade of blonde and by no means "snow" like, as the name suggests.

Shiny hair
Mixed this with another manic panic colour product and got good results. Hair also well conditioned after use.

Waste of Money.
It just doesn't work. I have light blonde hair as it is, so presumed it'd take well on my hair, but it made no difference whatsoever to the colour. From the good reviews I thought that I'd give it a go, but it really has turned into one big expensive mistake. I think that I'll stick to my usual white hair bleach which is so much better, half the price, and actually works! If this hair bleach also isn't right for you, then I'd highly recommend this --> http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00AAPFZ7S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - although it takes a while to arrive in the post. That's one good think about the Manic Panic hair colour, it arrived very promptly.

Great results.
Was not convinced, having tried a number of other semi permanent toners that did nothing. I have blonde highlights, that had gone brassy, and was wanting a platinum effect. I have long hair, so put the whole tube on, massaging it into DRY hair so that it was fully covered. Put on a shower cap and left it for 45 minutes. I then used a hairdryer for a bit of heat to give some pizzaz. Rinsed it off, and voila: Great results and beautifully soft hair. Will definitely use again.

I found that this item was a great conditioner more than anything
I found that this item was a great conditioner more than anything, it did lift a layer of yellow but not drastically. Still a good purchase if you want to tone hair subtly and improve your hair condition.

Wouldn't recommend
Really didn't do much for me. I tried toning using this a week after getting bleached, having used purple shampoo all week. The shampooing had lifted the colour somewhat, so i figured the toner would reach the final result of a pure white, but it's still at a platinum blonde. Wouldn't recommend

Let me start off by saying I'm pretty new to the hair coloring game. I started off at the salon; I've been bleaching my hair blonde for a couple of years now. Usually, my colorist does a variation of the same thing -highlights and/or single process. When I went, this time, I was feeling a bit bored with that routine. During the consultation, I mentioned that to her, and we talked about going lavender, which was something we've been talking about on and off for a while. I decided to go for it! She used a combo of Manic Panic's Purple Haze, conditioner, blue toner, and hairdresser wizardry. She did my hair, and it looked freaking amazing, like some sort of mermaid princess. It was awesome!!! But then.... I washed it! It immediately faded into some blah pinky purple nondescript gross color. So I figured I'd go to Sally's, buy some dye, and touch it up at home. I went, asked an extremely unhelpful employee for some advice. I bought more Purple Haze, some conditioner, mixing bowl and a color brush. I also got another purple color; I forget the exact brand, but it involves argan oil. I got home, mixed up the color and put it on (much harder process than it looks at the salon). I left it in for 20 minutes; THAT'S IT! Rinsed it, and my hair was a DEEP magenta purple color with red undertones. WHOA! I messaged my colorist and asked her to please forgive me and to tell me what I did wrong. She forgave me and explained that I didn't put enough conditioner in and that the color in the bowl is approximately what the color on my head will end up being. I grew to kind of like the magenta, so I didn't do anything immediately and tried the other argan oil dye with pretty much the same results. Then that started to fade as well, turning to the same patchy pink/purple mess. So, I went on Amazon and bought Manic Panic Mixer/Pastel-izer and Manic Panic Amplified Hair Color in Ultra Violet. I wasn't messing around anymore; I wanted to make sure I got the true purple pastel that I was looking for. I mixed those up with the advice my colorist had given me in mind. I left it on for approximately half an hour and then rinsed the color out and shampooed and conditioned. The new color was great, definitely the bluer toned cool purple I was interested in/going for. The Manic Panic Pastel-izer did exactly what it was supposed to do. That being said, I feel that conditioner does the exact same thing and is probably a better bang for your buck. If you have the money to spend, buy the Pastel-izer, but if you don't, I wouldn't worry about it at all. Probably unnecessary but nice to have. Hope that long story helps - haha. Let me know if you have any questions about Manic Panic dyes since I've done quite a bit of research when I was trying to figure out how to keep my hair purple. '

Zu mischen super geeignet

This stuff seems to do the same thing as dilluting the color density with conditioners... it doesnt lighten the actual die at all. Save your $ and use a drug store conditioning mask or regular conditioner of any kind to dillute the die and achieve very simillar results

Always used manic panic and love it! Came within the timeline they said it would. Used this on already bleached and dyed purple hair. I used it to add to my darker purple to lighten the color. Worked amazing and the color stayed a bit longer. (Compared to diluting my dark purple with conditioner). Would recommend!
