Very nice, handy, light weight and effective vacuum cleaner. I bought it for removing my pet hai from the floor, bedsheets, sofa etc. It has a chargeable battery, lasts well and it can be used without charging cable on.

It is a fairly powerful product which has been priced reasonably. I am happy to use it for my stray needs and find it effective. However, it can not be compared to the more powerful but highly priced products available in the market.

The product was decent with decent suction power. Vacuuming the floor was sometimes enough as it removed micro dust hence there was no need for mopping every day. But the customer service is horrible! Bought this in Jan 2025. Battery went bad in 4 months around May 2025. From that time I have been talking to customer care over email and calls. They give a generic response to email and someone contacts saying they will take care in 24 hours. Nothing has happened so far in the last 4 months. Very irresponsible and fraud company. All their physical customer care location have 1 star rating and complains are most around their fraudulent behavior. Avoid Eureka Forbes like plague.

Good product

Handy, good make of product quality and battery standby, but suction power is not enough on full charge, even to get rid of car mat dirts. Good on functional curtains ,upholsteries, drapes and mattress.
