What you should know. I enjoy hot sauce, BUT with Cosmic Disco take a step back. Everyone is basically saying “Great taste but super spicy “ and they’re right, but let’s get into it so you can see if YOU want it. There’s a Smokey aroma to the sauce that attempts to get that kind of smooth flavor to to you. BUT THEN THE HEAT COMES ONSTAGE. If you’re not used to some hot sauce this isn’t for you. If are and most likely you are since you’re reading this, I recommend trying this one. The heat comes on strong YET has the decency to begin to subside, letting you live another day! The heat isn’t so strong that it’s not going to make you push yourself away from the table, or reach for the milk. The spice level follows the heat. They both climb then subside. As for use, use it sparingly for your best results, unless you’re making something in a larger volume. I have tried it in chili and scrambled eggs and a few other dishes and for the most part it’s worked out pretty good. IF you get it, you get to warn your buds, “ not too much, but if you do you’re STILL EATING IT!” That’s the fun part.

I first discovered Cosmic Disco on Hot Ones and had to try it myself. The balance of heat and tang is incredible it's fiery but still packed with flavor. My favorite combo is mixing it with the classic green hot sauce from Chinese takeout, and together they create an amazing taste that's both bold and addictive. It's become my go-to for adding excitement to meals, and I can see why it stood out on the show.

This is my favorite hot sauce and my previous order was fine. This time it came in damaged and there is no way to replace it or get a refund. Not sure why they don’t package glass bottles in a box.

Make no mistake- this thing is spicy. It’s one of the spiciest things you will try but the flavor is ridiculously good. If you are a spicy adventurer and can stand some heat I recommend a small dab and test your reaction. At first you will think this is mild … and then…. But other use other than freaking out your guests is use a small amount in soups or broths. This will add amazing flavor without anything at all spicy.
