Really lovely wine decanter, well made base som weight to it as well I would definitely recommend

So elegant

Ok, so I have never bought a wine decanter before. It was a present. But this thing was gorgeous. Ignore the person who said it looks like plastic (I am assuming that they meant acrylic plastic), the glass is just that thick and sturdy. With a quick flick from your finger it gives a ping sound. Unfortunately my first order had a few bubbles in it. They were small, but they stopped it from being perfect. I contacted the seller and within a few hours a new decanter was on its way, no fuss, AND, since I had moved, to a new delivery address no less (which I have known other sellers to be particularly troublesome about before as I am used to being in different locations throughout the year). Fantastic product, amazing customer service. I will be looking out for this seller again for certain.

I was worried about delivery but the item is packaged very secerely, wrapped and in a polystyrene case, in a thick cardboard box. The item itself has a good solid base, you can feel the weight in it. The next is not as thick bit still good quality. Looks great on display, but is quite big, a bottle of wine covers less than half of the base - the could news is you can pour two in it! Cleaning is simple, although draining/drying can be complicated - worth investing in a decanter rack on Amazon too (around £11). This will help it drain and also prevents dust getting inside when it's not in use. Overall a very good product. It was a gift and the recipient loved it so can't complain!

The decanter looks great, it’s good quality and really stands out on the table. But what is even better is their customer service, quick efficient and so kind. The first decanter I received had a small defect and I hadn’t opened the box until after the return window on Amazon had closed. I tried reaching out to the company and they kindly accepted to send me a replacement even though the return window was closed. Would highly recommend their small business and amazing products, you can’t go wrong.

Beautifully Crafted Piece with an excellent standard of finish, very happy with my purchase. Bought 2 or 3 wine Carafe's/Decanters in the past and this is certainly the best value. Brilliant for when hosting guests (and if like me and my friends the wine just isn't in their long enough for it to be used simply as a Wine decanter) it can be used as a fantastic addition to any Dining Room table or cabinet as an elegant centre-piece. Arrived swiftly and packaged well. Overall very happy customer.

Had a minor issue with the first sample that was delivered. I contacted Upper Echelon Products directly and was staggered by the high level of customer service that I received. I cannot recommend this company high enough. The issue was resolved immediately. As for the wine decanter, it is a very nice, elegant decanter, just the right weight and very easy to use. Some lead decanters can be very heavy. It will make the centre piece of any dinner table and is of very high quality. The recipient was over the moon with this 21st birthday gift.

I'm very happy with the purchase of my first wine decanter. The quality of the product is exceptional. I keep it on display when it's not in use as it looks great. As the description notes, the base is styled to allow the maximum surface area when filling the decanter with a 750 ml bottle of wine. This ensures that the aeration of the wine happens as fast as possible. And it works very efficiently. In the 15 minutes between my first and second glass of wine, I could easily taste the improvement in the wine. My only small criticism of the product is that it will drip a bit of wine down the outside of the spout when you pour from the decanter. I would still definitely recommend this decanter for anyone looking to improve the flavour of their wines.

This is an excellent product. The design is simple and classic and made out of good material (solid and easy to use). I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a reasonably priced wine decanter with a classic design.

We love this decanter! When it arrived, I cannot wait to open it. It meets the description exactly. I appreciate the cleaning instructions, which are very thorough. It is a little heavy for me to pour with one hand, but I use the one hand to hold the base and then the other to steady as I pour into our wine glasses. Love, love this decanter. I will buy it again for someone else as a gift!
