Love it!
This is a great non-slate table. It's leveled up good with the levelers and the flatness is pretty close to perfect after tinkering with the adjustments under the playing surface. It feels like I'm playing on a slate table. Anyone who has played plenty of pool knows what I'm talking about. It has a very hard surface feel to it. The banks have great rebound bounce to them. Two of us carried the main part of it from the garage and carefully brought it down the stairs one step at a time resting it here and there on the stairs. I would recommend doing it with 3 or 4 people if you have them. The assembly is a little involved and would go together better with two people rather then just one like I had to. You will need at least two people to transport it and to do the final stretch of assembly. I will add that the outside of the legs are plastic that is a synthetic wood looking surface. When I assembled it under bright lights I was thinking hmmm I don't know. Where I have the table and the lighting I'm using for the pool room it doesn't matter. I have the surface of the table well-lit up but the surrounding room is dim. The legs look like they are made of wood with the lightning I have. The legs could be a deal breaker if you put the table in a room that is completely bright every where. The plastic look might not be what you want. The pool sticks are good enough for beginners to start with but recommend getting better ones. One of the two that came with it is not straight. I'm very happy with the seller and the shipping company they used. If you're looking for a good looking table, that has an excellent playing surface at a great price this is the table for you. I give this table, the seller and the price for the table an A+.

Laughable and extremely overpriced table
This table is a complete joke! I bought it for my business and man was I disappointed! I wanted something between professional and junk. What I got was two grades below junk. I wouldn't pay $200 for this table so I feel like I was swindled out of $1200. I called Amazon IMMEDIATELY to take this back from whence it came. * It is uneven, even though my level says it's even all over the table. This is because the actual playing surface, the most important part, is WARPED! I place a ball near the wall and it rolls to the wall like a magnet. * The balls roll like they are flat. Lol They don't roll smooth or freely at all. This is due to the cheap felt that they covered the table with. It doesn't even feel like a normal pool table. *The bumpers... It was so bad, I called Chase and told them I wouldn't be doing any banking today. Yes, they are really that bad. The ball won't even come back halfway after a hard shot. * The parts are cheap. It feels like wood they use for Karate demonstrations. Holes don't line up at all and I had to have help to bend some boards straight while I drilled in a screw or bolt. Other times I had to make holes. * Just throw the cues in the trash. They are so cheap it's embarrassing. * Assembly was simple and straight forward and I had all the parts. That is what earned them one star. If you want great forearms though, put this thing together with a screwdriver and ratchet. If you don't, have a drill handy with metric sockets and a Philip's bit.

100" Barrington - excellent for the price
I have definitely never written such a long review before, but here is some info I hope you will find useful: I always wanted a pool table in my house, and decided this was the year. I looked at many options, including used. You can generally go with a slate table or wood. Slate tables can be $5000 or more, and I wasn't ready for that. Even a used slate table is going to cost you $2000 or more just to move it. Lastly, slate tables need to be professionally installed (big bucks), where a wood table like this one can be put together pretty easily, since the top (felt & bumpers) is pre-assembled. Some day I will graduate to a slate table, but this was the best choice for me now. The table looks great, plays pretty true (still getting the hang of leveling it), and feels completely sturdy. As others have noted, the two included cues are pretty basic, so eventually treat yourself to a couple nicer ones. Comes with set of balls, 8-ball triangle, and chalk, all fine. 100" is big, and you will need a large space. Figure 17' x 13' minimum, or you will be banging the cue stick into walls constantly. Shipping: I was happy with the shipping through NSD (not sure who you'll get). They changed my chosen time slot, but same day. It's one huge box, and it is extremely well packaged. It would take a lot to damage the actual table. Delivery guys placed the box inside my front door. Assembly: Since it is so well protected in the packaging, getting it out was half the battle. You will be cleaning up bits of styrofoam from your house/business for weeks. Instructions are pretty clear, and I completed the base in about 2 hours by myself. The next part is lifting the top onto the base and lining up the holes for the final screws. I recommend at least 3 strong guys for this step. Overall, I am so happy with this table. Definitely five stars for the price. The price fluctuates on this site and wayfair, but I got it here on amazon for $1000. If you are looking for a high end professional pool table, this may not be for you. For $1000 and my first table, I couldn't be any happier.

This is for the 60 inch "Brooks" model. I'm enjoying it. It was bought for solitary practice in a limited space, and it does that well. The surface is level and the bumpers are lively. The two included cues have bevelled wooden tips, and one of mine was warped slightly. I'll be getting myself a better cue. There are a couple inaccuracies in the description; the X-form legs have plastic inserts not wire mesh, and the shipping weight is 136 lbs (61.68kg). Shipping was an issue, as the carton arrived damaged, with one side shorn completely off. One long side of the pool table was damaged, but a handy-crafty friend put it to rights. Having said all that, I do enjoy playing on it, I'm having a lot of fun with it, and I'm glad I bought it.
