Great ceiling rose replacement i
Quick delivery needed for installation of new lights. Came as ordered and look smart. Electrician was happy to use them.

Not braided cables.
Misleading product description. The cables are standard cables rather than braided cables.

Installed by having to pay an electrician and the metal cord snapped within 2 weeks !

Does the job at a good price
This light fitting isn't suitable for lampshades but I have made it work with some adjustments and it looks fine and does the job. I also tried it with a decorative bulb - which is its intended purpose and it looks really good. It is clear from the reviews that I am not the only person to make the mistake when making the purchase so I would recommend that the seller updates the product description to ensure that the warning is more prominent. It is currently at the bottom of a long description.
