The freezer doesn't work well. Please help me quickly.

the fridge very good quality and good materials and great cooling the tow down sides that i didn`t like the freezer size is very small and narrow second is the water dispenser, the tank quality isn't good, and there is no spare parts available

Nicely laid out fridge freezer with good lighting and controls. Had to reverse the doors which was very easy with good instructions as was the fitment of the integral door runners. The dimensions given were very accurate. The fridge interior is very well presented. The noise levels are quite low and the cooling and freezing performances are good.

Ho comprato il frigo per una seconda casa. Qualità e prezzo sono giusti. Piccolo difetto non suona più quando rimane aperto per troppo tempo, ma potrebbe essere colpa mia, forse ho disattivato il suono per sbaglio non ho avuto tempo nel controllare.

You might think, like I did, that all integrated fridge-freezer doors worked that same way! & you might think that you could just take the old fridge-freezer, slot in the new and away - Wrong!!! So Wrong!!! I didn't know that -not having bought one for ten years & in my defence - nowhere in the description of this item on Amazon does it specify or clarify exactly how the built-in unit door is to be fitted to the Hisense fridge-freezer. If I had known, I might have checked and saved myself a lot of trouble. & I thought I had checked every detail twice! The unit I took out had the hinges built in so that the unit doors were mounted directly to it. This unit requires a unit door mounted on cabinet hinges and uses a sliding coupling to connect the fridge door to the unit door. By the time I discovered my error, the new fridge was in its recess, unpacked and the old fridge and packing was speeding away to be recycled. I ended up having to buy cabinet hinges and a special cutter to recess them into the unit doors. Then I had to do a lot of measuring and fiddling to get it all mounted up. They still aren't quite right because there's not enough space between the fridge-freezer and the cabinet to get a screwdriver in to make final hanging adjustments in two planes. I guess I'll just have to live with that ...... All that said, the new fridge-freezer is working well and apart from being a bit noisier than the old seems well designed and in many ways more functional than the one it replaced. The shelves and drawers are a definite improvement. So don't be put off buying one.... If its a like for like replacement.

Worse fridge freezer we have ever had, bad freezer layout with not much room and only lasted just 2 years before it stopped working… don’t buy.
