Great quality and do what there supposed to do I love them

They are great for what they do. The bottom is smooth and glides over carpet. My only problem is in the design of the other surface. It’s foam and comes away a little easy. The idea of the foam is so that when laid face down, it glides over smooth surfaces. A small issue is that usually these surfaces are indoor and to get a good grip on the smooth side, you’re probably looking to wear outdoor shoes. If so, you’re putting a lot of pressure on the foam and inevitably you’ll get tears occurring. I don’t really know how this could be improved. Stronger glue? A different material? Anyway, as long as you’re careful and can reapply glue to parts that have come away, it should last a year or so if you’re using it a few days a week.

Trial and error which carpets these slide on but when you solve that you have to figure out how not to slide off the top of them as not much grip...oh well..we live and learn.. Update..used them to slide my treadmill into place when I'm using it..my treadmill just slips off them...can't even be used for moving furniture because despite the large size and slip proof foam everything slips off

Can use for a wide range of core and rehab exercises. Bought for home use after using at the gym. Good product.

Very good addition to some core training

Core Sliders work very well, they come with a leaflet with a couple of key exercises. These are very easy to use and fairly small so can take them with you. Great to use as a home work out. Would be nice if they came with a link to a video from the brand but there are loads of youtube that you can use.

Au top ce produit, très résistant sur toutes les surfaces mais vaut mieux éviter le carrelage. Pour moi la meilleure surface reste la moquette pour tous les exercices d'abdos. Sa permet de varier les exercices par rapport aux abdominaux traditionnels.

Von den o.g. Gleitscheiben bin ich in jeder Hinsicht einfach nur begeistert. Sie gleiten einwandfrei auf Teppich und glatten Holzböden und Fließen. Sie färben auch auf hellen Holzböden bislang nicht ab! Das Bauchtraining ist enorm effektiv und je nach Belastungsform wahrhaftig anstrengend! Durch mitgesandtes Infomaterial kann man das Training anpassen und die Flankenseiten deutlich effektiver erwischen. Besonderen Dank für die Infos. Die Scheiben sind klein, passen in jede Tasche, können jederzeit überall hin mitgenommen werden und liegen nicht im Weg herum. Ich kann mit (zeitintensive) Gänge ins Studio sparen und trainiere somit öfter. Außerdem sogar verletzungsfrei: ich stoße ja nirgendwo mit meinen Zehen und Füßen an: kein blasen, keine Schrammen (wichtig für meinen Triathlon) , Nur angenehm brennende Bauchmuskeln, und das mitunter schon nach einer Minute Übung. Kaum zu fassen das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Nur die Haltbarkeit der Scheiben ist für mich nach 3 Wochen noch nicht einzuschätzen. Hier muss ich abwarten, Und ein Spaß noch nebenher: meine Frau legte mir auf geölten Holzdielen Scheuergewebeplatten unter die gleitscheiben. Das Öl wird somit schön in die Dielen eingearbeitet und diese glänzen jetzt sehr erfreulich. Gattin auch noch zufrieden-was will man mehr... Danke.

Accesorio perfecto para entrenar el “core”, que viene a ser el tronco. Para mí es bastante motivador utilizar algún objeto para ejercitar esta parte del cuerpo, lo he estado probando y son geniales para hacer abdominales aunque la variedad de ejercicios que puedes realizar es casi infinita, en la caja de estos deslizadores encontrarás una papelito con los ejercicios más comunes a realizar, El fundamento de los ejercicios con estos discos es que te permiten que los puntos de apoyo (manos, pies, rodillas ') deslicen sobre el suelo, dando lugar a una gran variedad de ejercicios. Pesan súper poco por lo que son ideales para cuando te vas de viaje o de vacaciones para no romper tu rutina de ejercicios.

Sono uno sportivo e vado regolarmente in palestra, mi capita però che per lavoro debba stare fuori casa per parecchio tempo, e qui scatta l'annoso problema dell'allenamento, non potendo portarmi l'attrezzatura dietro ho risolto in due modi: - Bande elastiche - Core Sliders Non mi soffermo, sull'utilizzo delle bande elastiche, ma ovviamente parlo di questi core sliders. A cosa servono? Come si capisce dal nome queste piastre servono per far scivolare le mani, gambe o ginocchia durante alcuni esercizi. Un esempio molto semplice. Mettendole nella classica posa da flessioni, messe sotto i piedi vi permette di scivolare agilmente su e giu, nel "mountain climb" ottimo esercizio per gli addominali, altrimenti impossibile da fare. Nella congezione troviamo, due fischi di circa 20cm di diametro e un foglio con alcuni esercizi ma su internet ne potete trovare a migliaia. QUALITA' COSTRUTTIVA: Ovviamente un oggetto di questo tipo deve scivolare su tutte le superfici, e devo dire che questo prodotto fa bene il suo dovere. Da una parte abbiamo della plastica molto dura, che senza problemi scivolerà su linoleum, mattonelle e marmo. Dato che è parecchio dura non vi venga mai in mente di usare questi sliders su parquet... Dall'altro lato troviamo uno strato di circa mezzo centimetro di gomma piuma compressa, che servirà per tenere mani, piedi o ginocchia fermi. PREZZO: Il prezzo è giusto, ne trovate anche a meno ma fate molta attenzione, perchè questi dischi ricevono una forte sollecitazione, e se la qualità non è buona si spaccheranno dopo 5 min, stessa cosa vale per la gomma piuma sopra al disco. CONCLUDENDO: Se siete sportivi, e cercate questo tipo di prodotto, potete andare ad occhi chiusi, vi troverete con due sliders che vi dureranno anni. Plus da non sottovalutare, Beast Gear è una piccola ditta a gestione familiare, cosa che secondo me va incoraggiate e aiutata. Spero di esservi stato d'aiuto nella scelta del prodotto!
