Rohto Hada Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Foaming Wash Facial Cleanser 160ml

Genuine Hada Labo product, came in its original Japanese packaging. It arrived fairly quick too. I absolutely love this cleanser. I switched to using it as Dr. Dray from YouTube had recommended this - I use it alongside their cleansing oil and together as a pair it works so good. It also leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft after each use which is rare as some cleansers can leave the skin tight and dry. This one doesn’t and I think it’s due to the fact it contains several types of Hyaluronic Acids. My skin is sensitive and I have mild rosacea on my cheeks - it has never triggered this which I’m very happy about. I pin this down to it being fragrance and alcohol free. So I would recommend this to anyone who has that skin type. It’s a good product to start off with and it doesn’t sting my eyes either. Has a mild chemical scent but it doesn’t stick to the skin so when it’s dry you can’t smell anything. You only need one pump to cleanse your face as a lot actually comes out. I love the fact you can buy a refill for this and keep reusing the bottle :). The bottle design is great, the pump is a good feature as it’s more hygienic and it’s good that it has a stopper making it suitable for travel purposes. I have nothing bad to say about this product as it has made my skin even better. Price wise I’d say it’s reasonable as you can get a refill for it and the product does last long. For the effectivity of the product it’s definitely worth the money compared to other brands which have a higher price point. This is a great and cheaper alternative. Also, this is a Japan import so naturally, it will be a bit more costly than a local branded skin cleanser. I generally recommend this product as it’s very effective yet gentle on the skin. The best thing about it is it doesn’t leave the skin dry and tight after each use :).

I have been using this for years and I haven't changed then. I love how it makes my skin soft and not dry and it didn't give me any breakouts. So I will continue using this.

Moisturizing and good I am 40+ years old and its good for my skin

It’s a really nice cleanser, you certainly don’t need to use too much. I have combination skin and it leaves my skin feeling cleansed but not tight or overly dry. I don’t think it would be suitable for dry skin - I did use a little too much the first cleanse and my skin felt a little drier than usual. It’s not particularly “hydrating” but definitely good at cleansing the skin leaving it feeling soft and supple.

I'm on my third bottle probably, and while I usually order this cleanser from Japan I needed one ASAP so tried Amazon. Can happily say this is a legit product, and my favourite for morning routine. Creates lovely foam, usually only need one pump. It has a very delicate smell, nothing overpowering - as all Japanese products I've noticed. It's very gentle, I usually either just use this on its own while in the shower or following an oil cleanser first (depends if I've oil cleansed the night before). Not sure about moisturising qualities as my skin is very dry as a default so I won't rate, but this lasts FOREVER. I've had one bottle for at least six months now, and it's only about to finish but I bet there's still a few weeks of use in it. Great as you can also buy a refill when available! So keep the bottle in case refills are in stock.

Really good face wash, it cleared my skin within days and highly recommend it for sensitive skin, it struggles to remove makeup a little bit tho because it’s very soft so I’d recommend getting an Oli makeup remover and use this after x

After I oil cleanse in the evening I use this lovely foam to clean my face. I also use it solo in the morning. It is so soft and comforting to my skin. It never irritates or causes rosacea flare ups. I’ve spent more money on other products in the past but this cleanser puts them to shame!

I have been loving the Hada Labo products, so decided to give this much reviewed face wash a go. So first of all it is a wash, not a makeup remover. I use in the mornings or as a second wash after an oil cleanser to remove the last bits of makeup and oil at night. I have very dry and sensitive skin that gets hyper sensitive in the winter. This does not sting my face or eyes and doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped, sensitised or tight. It is a pleasure to use and just feels lovely and creamy on my skin. The pump bottle is solidly made, and easy to use. It also looks kind of cute. It does take a while to come from Japan, but well worth the wait and I will definitely be re-ordering more. Note: I tried the Hada Labo Tokyo face wash that has been re-formulated to fall under EU regulations (in the red and white bottle), and found it to be horribly irritating and drying, not to mention a lot more expensive.

Uso skincare giapponese e coreana da decenni (non sono più giovane) e trovo questa spuma davvero eccellente. Delicata, estremamente idratante e quindi perfetta per pelli mature e per pelli secche. Ottima sia come parte della detersione serale, sia per il lavaggio viso del mattino. Super consigliata. Non ha profumo.

Mousse nettoyante légère, douce et hydratante. N'assèche pas la peau et permet de nettoyer le visage en douceur. Très agréable à utiliser.

Worth the hype

Ich nutze diesen Reinigungsschaum nun seit über 3 Jahren und bin immer noch begeistert. Sehr sanft zur Haut, trocknet nicht aus und hinterlässt ein weiches, frisches Gefühl. Der Schaum ist angenehm fein, reinigt gründlich und reizt auch empfindliche Haut nicht. Für mich ein fester Bestandteil meiner täglichen Pflege – absolute Empfehlung!

Después de 10 años probando productos cosméticos, puedo decir que es de los mejores limpiadores faciales que he probado. Se trata de un limpiador espumoso sin detergentes agresivos (sulfatos), con un pH ácido similar al de la piel y con agentes hidratantes (ácido hialurónico, glicerina). Es apto para todo tipo de pieles, desde secas a muy grasas (como la mía). La única pega es que por su formato líquido que se transforma a espuma cuando aprietas el dosificador, es imposible transportarlo en un envase de viaje (pues la espuma se vuelve a transformar en líquido en unos 10 minutos). Se echa bastante de menos en los viajes.
