Loved this, I have tried many times to make my own gravy base (basically a good stock for curries) and was never really very successful. When I found this on amazon, I thought brilliant lets give it a try. I am not disappointed. Used this for 3 different curries, chilli garlic chicken, Balti and a simple Curry. Simple and easy to amend as this is a base you add the spices (roasted of course) to the base and simmer, voila you have an amazing dish! So in this review I would recommend this absolutely and as you can guess it is definitely on my regular delivery list!

I make my own base gravy in bulk and freeze (it takes several hours), so it's good to have some of this in the cupboard just in case I run out of my own. I've found that once diluted one pack will make enough for four people (I cook enough for two at a time). Resulted in good flavoured curries.
