A seriously sharp knife with a comfortable and solid handle. The blade, at 10", is longer than our previous breadknife and this is a bonus as you can saw through large loaves without the tip snagging on the crust. It's the best breadknife I've used and seems almost cheap compared to bigger name brands. Mind your fingers though!

Fantastic. This is a really nice knife to use for cutting tough crust bread. It is quite heavy, well balanced and very solid. The blade does a great job of slicing which is the main thing you want from a knife.
