Perfect stable internet connection in UK
These units are designed for the US but since I had unused coax spanning the house and PowerLine was giving me slower speeds (140Mbps out of a potential 350) I decided to give these a go, once connected I am achieving my full internet speed throughout the house up to the max I subscribe to and feel confident it would achieve more if I had it. The only minor issue was the US plugs the 2 12v transformers came with, however since they were rated 120-240v, simple plug adapters were all that was needed rather than replacement UK 12v power supplies or UK-US voltage convertors. Excellent performance.

Allows use of TV cable wiring for Ethernet connection.
Fit and forget. You need a pair of these (that is one two pack) for a point to point connection. You may also need suitable adpaters, depending on your TV cable wiring. Mine came with USA standard mains plugs so I needed to buy a pair of shaver adapters. The power units work o.k. on 230v UK mains and barely get warm when in use. I purchased these Ethernet over cable adapters to allow me to use a redundant TV cable, rather than installing CAT 5/6 cabling. I didn't attempt to share the cable with a TV. The adapters worked straight out of the box and established a connection within a minute or so. Note that they do introduce a small delay.

Works well, simple install
Start with the cons: those pesky US Type A 12 volt supplies. I have a number of UK 12V supplies, but only one fits, as the standard bayonet on the 12v input side just isn't the right size. Plug space is tight in the desk I use, so I'll have to come up with some scheme that doesn't require an inch depth of Type A/B to type G converter that I'm using. Pros: get 500Mbps down and 350Mbps up, for an advertised 500Mbps symmetrical (it's Hyperoptic). The missing up isn't really a big issue. Adds around 1-2ms to the ping, but I don't game so no real issue there. Install was a breeze (excepting power). The COAX cabling here is brand new and around 20-30 meters long, so it's more than adequate. Great improvement on Wi-Fi (max 30-40Mbps both directions) , as the signal was not good even with aerials and boosters as we're in an old building with a couple of very thick stone walls between where I work and the router. This solution is a bit expensive, but as these have been from China to the US to the UK, everyone will have had their slice of my money. Hopefully I get a long life out of these.

Gigabit ethernet over an aerial cable, who knew?!
Got these as my son’s room didn’t have good WiFi coverage and wasn’t easy to get a CAT5 cable to. It did have an aerial cable so I thought I’d give this a try, and really glad I did. It just worked, I had to re-terminate one of the cables with a better CoAx connector so I had a good stable connection, and once I plugged it in I was getting full speed to our Vodafone fibre internet connection. Had to purchase a couple of US-UK plugs as they come with US power adapters, but no issue with that and the supplied power supplies work for US and UK voltage.

Excellent MoCA adapters
Got these to replace a very unsightly ethernet cable that snaked its way from upstairs down to the living room to provide a wired connection to my PC which I use for work. I realised that there was some Virgin Media coax that went from the living room to the bedroom so decided to pick these up. I'm still getting the ~600mbit that I was getting with the ethernet cable using these adapters and the coax run. Bear in mind that these come with US plus but accept 100-240v so you'll just need a couple of cheap socket adapters to use them in the UK.

Excellent Performance. Requires UK adapter
I am fortunate to have a large 3 story family home. The first world problem this gave me is my home office (located at the very furthest possible part of the house from the router) was getting less than a 10th of the gigabit internet speed I was receiving to the router. I tried a power line adapter however this didn’t substantially improve my performance I tried this out as a Hail Mary before I gave in and had Ethernet ports channeled through the house and was pleasantly surprised by the performance! My internet speed in my office has now increased from 50mbps to over 800mbps! The only downside to this is that it comes with a US style plug so an adapter is required if you are using this on the UK. However this is clearly stated in the description so I knew to by an adapter.

Unfortunately didn't work for me
I ordered this as we recently got fibre broadband installed and my home office is upstairs, so it's very hard to get the full use of 1GB up/down. Unfortunately, this didn't improve my speeds by very much, and for the price, I was expecting a lot more from it so I ended up returning it. I had to additionally purchase USA to UK plug adapters as these are from America, as well as the coax cables and the adapters for them to fit the ports. It works by connecting to your router and running through your old TV aerial coax connection (which we have by our router and in my office, so that wasn't an issue). It's a shame as this was my last resort for getting good speeds in my office, and I don't want to drape a long CAT cable from the router all the way upstairs. But just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean it won't work for you - it's worth a try.

Does what is says on the tin
My 20 year old flat was already wired with Co-ax. This was a good way to use this cable, instead of upgrading my router to a better WiFi. I needed to by some co-ax adapters to get the right male/female combination

I was able to get the full 1GB network running on a dark Coax network. Unlike the wallplug I had, which promised a 2.5GB speed ... I was only able to get 450 MB speed.

As expensive as these kits usually are,one would expect co-ax and network cables included. They are not

I've been using this for a while now and it has been great. I haven't been able to run Ethernet so hooking this up was great. It worked right away and is small enough to hide away. Great speed and connection.
