The bag is larger than most, at 4 quarts. I bought a 3 quart one too, and discovered they had 4 ones too. Bought that. I have used the Premium Enema ones, but they only had 2 quart bottles. Their selection of noozles are better, but this has all the "good parts" and a bigger size They have the excellent tubing covered hook, which has more metal and never fails to hold a full bag. I accidentally left a full bag on it, and after a 12 hours shift I found it fine but the bag hook/hole was a bit over stretched. My bad. The tubing is good, pure silicone which for me is a problem, I can only use the silicone lubes. I replaced the part that connects with the noozles with a non-silcone clear tube, which is impervious to the lube. I do need to clean it often, unlike the supplied tube stuff grows in it. It's clear tubing, you can see that easy. The black and white check valve that prevents backflow is excellent. The valves with the yellow opening lever are problematic, but EVERY bag that uses them leak or the lever snaps off. I bought replacement ones off Premium Enema store. I summary it is a great bag, with plenty of soft noozles. I dislike soft ones (Made of melting silicone with my lube anyway.) so I use the white ones with the slight curve about 5 inches long and rounded tip. Their white noozles ones I dislike but I got tubing and noozles galore from trying different brands. As of right now (06/2021) they offer the best bag selection, with the best quality parts. Sorry Premium Enema, but Mikacare nudged you out. Make a bigger bag. Don't vanish off Amazon for months too, BEFORE the Pandemic caused everyone to have supply problems. Edit/Update: In 2024 I am still using this bag, though I bought a Mikacare tubing replacement kit, the tubing degrades. I actually found a 10 liter ebema/outdoor shower bag, which is about 2.4 US gallons. It had the small screw on opening at top though. Filing it is a drag, and checking the water temp is nearly impossible through the small hole. The tubing and shutoff valve is total trash. Replace it with a Mikacare one. The black 10 liter bag will heat up in the sun though for a deep woods/camping shower. For an enema, especially coffee one (Seems to be a fan favorite. I don't know.) I assume it's okay.

I did a cleanse to boost my health and I'm so glad I started doing coffee enemas with this kit. It really helped me feel cleansed and reset for my whole digestive system. This kit is good quality, easily washable, and good value. I didn't realize how good colon cleansing is for your digestion, your liver, and your overall health. Definitely recommend this kit & enemas overall -- I feel amazing.

I use this for vaginal douching (plain distilled water) with all 3 daily showers, in addition to post intimacy, and I definitely feel cleaner when I use it. I used another brand when I was first introduced to these silicone bags back in 2013, and I’ve never looked back since purchasing this kit. This brand (MikaCare) is sturdier, and you’re given quite a few choices of nozzles, in addition to a stop valve to control the water flow, a hose, and a hook to hang the bag. The quality of the items are great, the bag holds far more water than my previous option, and I wouldn’t be caught without one… EVER!!! I’m traveling internationally in 36 hours, and the opaque travel bag provided allows me to discreetly take my precious shower essential with me. I also love that you’re given a number of size options, versus just one. I purchased the 2 liter option. It’s been serving me well. I sanitize my nozzles regularly, and ensure not to leave water in the bag, or hose, after use. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, AND WOULDN’T BE CAUGHT WITHOUT ONE IN MY SHOWER!!!

Excellent enema bag with a perfect clamp to slow down flow to your liking and a valve towards the end for totally stopping the flow, which comes in really handy. Just make sure you install the clamp that does not come attached to the hose correctly. I had to take the hose off one of the white plastic pieces in order to install it correctly, the way the picture shows but now it works great! Bonus is the bag and extra ends! The reason for one less star is because it was listed as "prime" but definitely took about 6 days to get it, but was worth the wait.

This product is a great enema kit : easy to use by yourself and easy to cleanup. I use it to stave off dehydration when I get a flareup of bowel obstruction. This is normally treated by taking no food and no water until it resolves (with a BM), which usually requires hospitalization with an IV drip to avoid dehydration while you wait for up to 2 weeks. Using this kit is much cheaper (even with insurance) and avoids having to take 1 week (or longer) off from work. I use 1 quart of water + electrolyte mix (for athletic drinks, at 1/3 the dosage for drinking) per day and usually resolves the problem in 1-3 days. WARNING : The only symptom of bowel obstruction is cramping pain in your bowels 1-2 hours after a meal and the lack of a full BM the previous 24 hours, but the pain can also indicate other serious problems (eg appendicitis). Don't assume you have a bowel obstruction unless you have previously been diagnosed with one (they tend to repeat every few months after your first episode), and even then go to the ER right away if your pain gets really bad, or pain is not gone after 24 hours of no food or fluids, or you have had no BM after 7 days . So far I really like this enema bag. I've tried many others and this one really seems to be the best one I've tried yet. Doesn't spill, lengthy hose, multiple attachments and easy to clean.
