I got the one that said “20 beads”. It’s beautifully made for the price. The “beads” are nicely spaced and glued in solid. No odd smell. I wanted a fascia massager that I could use on my back. This fits the bill. Works great on the lower back. To get my upper back I have to turn it at an angle griping with one hand overhead and one under. Doing that I can reach all of my back. I use it over clothing so it glides.

Great massage tool! The wood feels so Much better than plastic to me and this tool provides great leverage. I use it as a massager but also enjoy simply laying on it in different positions for providing consistent deep pressure. The only downside is the smell. But it’s getting better with time.

I have researched the benefits of this wooden gua sha stick with circular knobs for lymphatics drainage and have used it religiously every day or night. It has relieved back issues and it’s definitely reducing the bloating around my waist. Must use with body oil. It’s improved my thigh by reducing cellulite. Again it is part of my daily routine in the morning or before sleep. I think the motion gets your blood circulation like a good massage and induces good sleep.
