I like these drops because it puts the consumer more in charge of the dose. There are no pills below 200 MCG. But, one doesn't always want a mega dose of a mineral. The drops mean one can use a smaller dose or vary the amount taken per day. Note re the Marketing for this Product: While I love the more flexible dosage and absorbability of drops, I have no information that would lead me to believe one should judge dosage by a taste response. There are just some supplements that are always going to taste unpleasant to some people. Also, some people are super tasters and others are not able to taste anything. That difference in tasting ability could translate out into the super taster finding isolated minerals to in general taste unpleasant without really signaling a decreased need for any particular mineral. And the person who has impaired taste or less than average taste might find no mineral to taste unpleasant which doesn't mean that person needs more minerals.

I discovered that, due to great stress in my life, I was excreting most of the chromium from my diet--and this was making my muscles very weak. I did research that led me to your product. I liked that I would be able to tell by the taste whether I was getting too much or not. Four drops did not last the whole day for me. I need 6 drops a day to keep my muscles strong for 24 hours.

I really appreciate the technology of these drops. I wish everything had this system. The taste let's you know if you need it or not. I've been taking them for a couple weeks. I cant say for certain if they're working but I did notice my menstrual cramps were less severe than usual since taking them. That, in and of itself is worth the purchase and regular usage.

A great supplement everyone should have it

I agree with other reviews that this product is bogus. No fast no matter how many drops I tried. I went up to 15 drops. I feel robbed!

Per the bottle, the serving size is 500 mcg. Harvard nutrition says: "The Adequate Intake for men ages 19-50 years is 35 micrograms daily. 500mcg is about 16 times the AI of 35 mcg (1428% RDA). Not good.

The zinc one is better, or maybe just better for me.
