Q: Are these available in 16 gram?

No - you'd have to get the brass version for that.

Q: Can you use o-rings on these darts? And do you need too? Meaning do they come loose after every round?

O-rings will be necessary because the aluminum shafts will come loose frequently. If you replace the supplied shafts with nylon shafts - then you won't need o-rings since the shafts will stay tight. If you want to buy short, fat darts though - these Viper Tungsten Bee's are a bad value for the money. I recommend COLONIAL 69015 from A-Z darts. For a few dollars more you get 90% tungsten quality darts made in New Zealand rather than 80% tungsten junky darts made in China. The weight matching between the Colonial barrels will be more accurate. The Colonial won't come with shafts or flights, but the ones with the Vipers are junk so you'd have to pay extra to replace them anyways.

Q: Can u change the tip to steel on these darts

Yes. I use these darts for both soft tip and steel tip boards.
