How big is the sponge?

Actually when I received it I consider it to be small: facial size. It is a probably 3-4 in diameter when wet. I was used to seeing larger sponges in the store but I use it for body washing and it works really well, maybe even better than the larger ones which can be hard to hold on to.

Does this come with any packaging waste, like pastlic?

It does come in a plastic bag with a piece of paper with care instructions.
