The product is good. We have bought from manufacturer website for years. Thought I’d order on a amazon for ease. Paid extra to purchased the MTHF with co-factors and received the bottle with MTHF only. My kids and I have the double mutation so need the B12 as well as the methyl folate. So, had to go out and buy separate pill and take two instead of one...pain
