Great product, does what it needs to. Battery lasts long. It’s weird it can get Facebook but haven’t figured out how to get WhatsApp

Unreliable, starts freezing after only a few months
Phone started freezing and locking out after a few months of very light use. Call quality is terrible as well. I know Nokia is no longer taking mobile phones seriously but best not to make phones at all if you are going to make a Piece of Junk.

Very very difficult to use
I assumed this would be like a regular flip phone and no. Even with instructions, simply opening the battery area was a mix of "did I break it" and "I will definitely crack something if I do that". When in reality, it's built like a coral shell, purposefully hard to open. Charging is usb B. Display is wasted space. Internet promise either horrible difficult to do or doesn't exist. Very complicated to use even being considered "tech savvy".
