Too soft, dog can bend the fabric iver and lick the wound

Cone is not the size as advertised- my dog could overwrap himself twice around.Lol Its huge and because of that does not stay straight - falling on his face all the times. I did a mistake I bought that cone at the same day when I have to take my dog home after surgery. Doctor tried to put that cone on my dog`s neck and start laughing - it was not what it should be. I had to buy much more expensive cone from clinic. Sucks....

Love this post op cone. My dog hates cones but was able to eat and sleep with this one without issues. Price was great to and it folds away nicely/barely takes up room.

So my dog loved this cone BUT we couldn't use it as he could still scratch his eyes & manipulate his way around it with ease. It's lightweight & comfortable but too floppy, reference photo for how ours came. We could not secure it tight enough around his neck so it was very loose and moved up and down a lot. Much to everyone's dismay we had to put on the old fashioned uncomfortable plastic cone again so that his eye surgery could heal without any scratching or rubbing. Perhaps this would be good for a smaller dog without such a long neck but even then I am skeptical given how floppy the material is.

I did not like the fact that they charge so much to return it and exchange for a smaller size. The cone is too soft and not firm enough to prevent dog from scratching.

Bought for after his neutering. Thing just buckled around his face. Netting got stuck in his teeth. I took it off, threw in garbage and had to make a rolled up towel for around his neck to protect his stitches. Husband ordered a plastic cone to replace this one. Do NOT recommend!
