These are helping my mentally challenged daughter focus and verbalize more than she was. Helping her focus has been the most helpful. After using these, I tried a cheaper brand, but she lost her focus and became more frustrated again. Needless to say, we have her back on these and don't plan to change again.

This is a quality DMG supplement, but I don't know if it's any more effective than the TMG supplement I usually take. TMG technically has one more methyl group so it should work better, plus it's more affordable. In any case, this DMG is uniquely formulated as chewable tablets where you can chew up to 3 tablets a day. They have a minty taste from xylitol and digest pretty quickly. I don't particularly feel more energetic, but I take it (or TMG) for anti aging benefits along with NAD.
