I used these to put a backing on a cube shelf we bought secondhand that they neglected to put the original backing on and they worked like a charm! They were a bit larger than the cubes themselves so I had to cut some down which I did with great difficulty with a box cutter. They’re very thick, very sturdy, and totally worth the price. You probably want a better tool or method than I had to cut them down but for my use it’s fine since it’s the back of the shelf!

I’ve used these boards to rebind and make several books, and they’re fantastic! Sturdy, durable, and functional, with excellent quality. Perfect for bookbinding projects and the weight is just what I was looking for.

I bought these book boards so I could hand bind some hymnals for household use, and they work very nicely. The only thing is they are pretty thick and a little hard to cut, I used and Xacto knife and nearly broke the blade, so I would careful and cut them over a cutting boards and not across the table.

I’m honestly really upset. I’ve ordered this book board three times. The first time, the product was decent. It was a little banged up on the corners but that’s it. I ended up using all the pieces and came back to order more. The second time was a completely different story. The whole package was wet, the pieces were moldy and had water spots. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I returned it and ordered a replacement. Noooope. The replacement was wet, warped, moldy and completely unusable. Horrible quality. Not worth the money. Two out of three times were moldy? Nope. Absolutely not. Try a different store!!

these were great to use, cuts down easily (recommend sharp box blade), sturdy, and works great to rebind books ( as i am using it)

Ok - I fully admit that I don’t know what I’m doing when I bind journals but I did think that these boards would be more sturdy. They are better than using construction paper but I feel like I could have used cardboard and it would have made my journal sturdier. I might use them for something else crafty but probably not as a board book piece.
