Great product!

I walked the Camino De Santiago in Portugal/Spain for 14 days with no physical prep (ie. walked miles with my pack, stretches, etc). I took these a month prior and I was amazed with how I feel after 8 hours of walking the trails everyday. I wasn’t exhausted. With the exception of my feet wanting to get off my hiking shoes I felt exceptionally good. I’m 58 and I’m not a super active person, with the exception of running errands on a daily basis. I believe these fruit and veggies supplements really works. I almost bought the expensive ones that are advertised on Fox constantly, but I’m glad I got these instead! Super happy and I’m going to take them forever…

Good product, help put a pep in my step but that's me. Only thing I don't like about this is the price, I'm on a fixed income so ai might be looking into similar products for a bit cheaper.

I rarely write reviews unless I'm really pleasantly surprised, or greatly disappointed. Fortunately, in this case, I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm in my upper 50's and travel a lot for work. Therefore, my diet is not the greatest as I eat on the road a lot. I, too, saw the commercials on TV for the very expensive brand of fruit/vegetable supplements and thought it sounded interesting. But, I'm not willing to pay the price for that brand. So, I tried these after reading the reviews. I was cautiously optimistic. First, the dose of 3 capsules each is a lot to swallow. Second, the vegetable capsules taste like a combination of grass and cauliflower. And, to honest, they kind of made me queasy. I actually only took 2 of the vegetable capsules each day until they did not make me queasy anymore (about a week), then upped my dose to the recommended 3 capsules per day. The fruit capsules had no ill affects on me. I also made sure to drink a full glass of water as directed. I'm not going to tell you that I suddenly had this blast of energy. I didn't. What I did have, after about the 3rd day, was a good night's sleep! That is a really big deal for me as I rarely get more than 4 hours sleep each night. I've tried multiple sleep aids and they either don't work, or they make to too groggy in the morning. I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and my sleep pattern has been pretty consistent. Because I'm getting a good night's rest, I'm not as tired during the day. So, all in all, I do feel considerably better since I stated taking these supplements. I will continue to take these!
