I was installing LED cove lighting in my office/entertainment room. These tracks were high quality aluminum and cheap to boot. They came with all the necessary hardware to install them. You get your chose of double-sided tape or screws with clips. I opted for the clips and screws to make sure they stay on the wall. After measuring I marked out the spots I'd screw in the metal clips to the wall. I drilled pilot holes and then installed the clips. The tracks clipped right in. I made sure to install a clip where two tracks would meet to ensure they lined up all the way across. The tracks were all uniform. Same length, same width and there was no flexing or twisting or curving. The interior track was wide enough to fit the LED strip perfectly and the semi-opaque "shield" lets enough light through but also diffuses the LEDs so the light is smooth. I plan on adding cove lighting to a few other rooms and I'll definitely purchase more of these.

Repeat buyer of this brand for superior fit and finish and complete installation parts like end caps, mounting clips and screws with anchors. Needed to Dremel one end cap to enlarge hole for power feed in some cases, but even that was without incident. Nicely packed, quickly delivered. Will shop this brand again.

This is a decent product, but not great. The diffusion is ok (see photo with and without the cover). Installation is a bit tedious, but doesn't require much in terms of tools and time. Most likely you will need to cut the rails to fit your project. I did receive one bent rail (see photo), but Amazon sent me a whole pack to replace the defective rail. I did a swap and returned the rest. It comes with only two corner pieces to connect inside corners (see photo). So if you have more than two corners to route then get the extra pack that is sold separately. There are two different brackets to hold the channels. The longer one (held up with two screws) is great for holding two ends together as without it the ends are less likely to match up. This depends on where you install yours. The shorter bracket (held up with one screw) is fine, but not very robust. Once the brackets are in place, the channel snaps into them somewhat easily as long as everything is straight. I used the longer screws (about 3/4" long) that come with the pack as I installed this into drywall, but they also provide shorter screws if you are mounting the brackets directly into wood. After you get your LED strip lights in place (I HIGHLY recommend you get the self-adhesive backing kind), the covers snap into the grooves of the aluminum channels. It takes a little bit of effort but there is a satisfying snap once it works. The end caps have a clean look and come with either a flat end or a hole in the center to route small wires.

Makes for a cleaner tape light install. Clips are actually pretty solid and hold track well. Seller uses USPS to ship.

I really love these tracks. They fit perfectly anywhere I need to replace quarter round molding with some nice LED lights. I have them in my bar in several spots and also down my hallway in my basement as a perfect lighting solution. The ONLY complaint I have with these is that the mounting brackets do not allow the screws to mount flush to the bracket itself. If they would solve this problem these would mount perfectly flush to the wall. Other than that these are perfect.

The aluminum channel is as expected, and is easy to install. The opaque cover is where my issue lies. I was looking for a true diffuser to mask the "dots" look of my LED light strip. These do not accomplish that. It is a slight diffusion, but not what I was looking for.

Used this to hang lights around my room and got compliments from everyone who walked in and saw them. People that I talk to online complimented them as well because they have lights hung in their room but asked "How did you get them so straight!?" and I showed them some of the left-over sections I had. Absolutely phenomenal and sooooo worth it!

Couldn't be happier ! Easy to install. I really like the diffusers, they look awesome, no bright glare from the led lights. Great adhesion to the aluminum and they cast the light to the center of the trailer in a very even manner. Almost no shadows! I plan on painting the interior white to give the effect of even more light. I also installed one above each door on the exterior, sealed them up with clear silicone to protect against the elements. I used a copper strande 18/2 wire.

Works great for led striplights for closet lighting.
