Best waterless shampoo for pets !
I have tried many waterless shampoos but this one meets all the criteria. Easy to use and leaves a fresh smell. I just spray it on my Labrador Retriever, brush it thoroughly into her coat and towel dry. She smells like she just was at the groomer !

A must have for winter months, or just to spot-clean between baths.
Dogs love it and it really does clean and dry nicely. I mainly use it on Aussie Shephard to clean her backside..things tend to get caught in all that hair back there. She loves the stuff and it really makes her hair smell nice. Its a perfect solution to keeping your dog clean during the long winter months, too. Even though you really don't need water to use, I still take a wet cloth and dampen their coats first - seems to help reduce the amount needed to really get a good lather going. It doesn't leave any residue, and dries nice and clean while leaving my dogs' skin conditioned. A must have in my opinion.

The spray is very easy to use
One of my dogs is at least 13 years old and suffers from arthritis and spondylosis. Since he is unable to walk upstairs to the bathroom for a bath, I needed an alternative to bathe him. After researching on Amazon and based on the reviews, I purchased this spray. The spray is very easy to use, my boy didn't mind it at all. I was able to clean him quickly - his coat is shiny soft and I live the smell (which lasts for days). I'm so happy I found this spray and to be able to clean my senior boy without risking him being injured in carrying him upstairs and into the bathtub.

Works well in a pinch
We live on a livestock farm in Nebraska, and I have a little 6-pound (when soaking wet) Shi-Tzu/Pomeranian mix that is primarily an indoor dog, but of course she goes out to do her business and since we live well out in the country, she enjoys not having to be on a leash when she goes out. ...BUT, if you happened to notice what kind of farm we live on, you can get an idea of what kinds of traces and smells that a busy-body dog (that likes to go everywhere she shouldn't) manages to (ahem).... acquire. Well, ...this story is a long lead-in to get to the point, but I can tell you that this product does NOT help with those particular types of smells and traces -- but let's be serious, I didn't really expect it to work miracles since there's no water involved, and ..okay, I'll just say it -- cow poop traces nor its aroma is removed without water! However, at times when she's been a good doggy and has stayed where she belongs but just needs a refresher, this works very well. She absolutely detests getting a bath (you'd think she'd wisen up then, right?), so this alternative is great for those times. It's most certainly quicker and easier, and the smell is not bad, kind of nice even. The two things I like most are 1) Molly doesn't mind it at all. In fact, I think the clever little squirt happily thinks she's somehow gotten away with something when she gets this type of "bath" instead of the dreaded sink of water and shampoo. And most importantly, 2) I don't have to worry about getting water in her terribly sensitive ears, as she gets ear infections very easily. Hope this review helps!

Works very well for cleaning surface dust off the dog.
My dog and the neighbors dog play and roughhouse daily, racing, playing keep-away and wrestling. Their play/running space is large but there's no grass, just dirt. When they've had their session of play, my dog's normally shiny black coat is a dusty greyish brown. This spray on cleaner works very well for removing all that dust. You just spray it on and towel rub the dog down and voila! She's black and shiny again. Obviously, she has to have a serious bath once a week, but getting the dust off right away seems to help prevent it from working its way down to her skin. After a week of play and dustiness, when I bathe her, the water isn't filthy like it used to get. The spray on cleaner has also helped tremendously in regard to keeping dust in the house down because I get it off her right away before she can shake it everywhere. A very good product for owners of playful rowdy dogs who play in the dirt.

good for occasional touch ups
It may be great for dogs with a thinner coat. Lab/Chow mix has such a full coat it took almost half a bottle to do the job. It does leave a clean scent tho. Can't expect it to work as good as a full bath but is good in a pinch like when he comes inside from a rainy trip outside. Mainly use it on his feet and belly on those days. Wasn't crazy about the idea of it foaming as much as it did. Was concerned it was too much like a shampoo as far as spraying on and using a towel to dry off. Wondering about it leaving too much residue so I don't use it often.

Works well, especially in winter!
I'm a "wash the dog outside" kind of person, mostly because my dog sheds a LOT (I don't like to think of the havoc her hair would wreak on our drains), and because she's constantly trying to escape the bathtub. So, cold weather poses kind of a problem. I tend to use baking soda when brushing to eliminate odors, but sometimes, you just have to clean the dog! This foots the bill. I can do it indoors comfortably. She's not a fan of being wet, but tolerates this FAR better than the garden hose in warm weather. And the smell is quite pleasant.
