This supplement really helps with memory. As a senior, being able to remember daily needs, words, commitments, and just keeping up with life is very important to me. Started this supplement about a year ago and it really helps. It's economical compared to similar formulas. i take it daily with Bacopa herbal, both available here.

Good product

HYPERFOCUS - Being at home now days is great but being able to hyperfocus on my work is great. At first, I thought this might be a placebo, but as time moves forward, there are some definite mental changes. I am more attuned to details and have quicker reasoning. I do have one WARNING, do not take this too late at night as you might lose the ability to get restful sleep or sleep at all. I only take this in the morning and afternoon but not too close to bedtime. Its best taken with some coffee on an empty stomach but only after you try the pills on their own. Try at your own risk. Overall this is an awesome product.

Earlier this year my wife started exhibiting memory issues - typically unable to recall a word or name. Well, between Prevagen's TV Commercials and its good reviews on Amazon I thought she should give it a go. I bought a 60-day supply of Prevagen extra-strength and she took the suggested 1 capsule every day for the entire 60 days; but unfortunately I saw no improvement throughout that period. Soon afterwards her DO suggested she try a Choline supplement, so I researched some of them on Amazon and came across Alpha GPC. Well, to cut to the chase, she has now been taking the recommended 2 capsules/day (with breakfast and dinner) for just about a month and we started to notice some improvement after just 3-weeks! Her recall has noticeably improved and while she still has some issues the occurrences are far less than before! Our spirits have been uplifted by this trial and are very hopeful that this positive trend will continue. Based on what I have seen so far, I would recommend Alpha GPC to anyone who is starting to experience similar issues.

The bottle indicates standardized to 50% which is very low quality and can be found in much cheaper products. What a horrible purchase. I am NOT happy.
