I have one of these memory-foam neck-support pillows in standard size and I love it. When we bought a king-size bed I thought, oh, hey, I can just get one of these in king size, right? Hah. Turns out, selection on king size pillows is very slim to begin with, let alone memory foam ones, and forget neck support - all you can find is that shredded foam stuff, which is crap for people with neck issus. The one memory foam neck support pillow I did find was just WAY too thick. Did you know you need to shop for pillows based on your height? I didn't, but now I do! It felt like I'd brought a freaking sofa cushion into the bed with me!I had given up for a while and brought my old standard pillow back into the bed, but I couldn't find a way to make the bed with it that didn't look lopsided so I kept looking. FINALLY I found this pillow and... it's perfect! Even at its full thickness, it's not too huge for my height (which is 5' 4" by the way.) I went ahead and took the middle layer out anyway though and wow. It's perfect! Just like my old one, but it fits a king-size pillow case and the bed finally looks decently coordinated. Oh, and my neck doesn't hurt in the morning!Bonus: It seemed a shame to throw out that middle layer of foam, so I rolled it up and put it inside a little neck-roll sofa pillow case whose insides had worn out years ago, and now it's a decorative accent. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase - I just wish Amazon's search engine had allowed me to find it sooner!

I tried and sent back w other pillows before I committed to the expense of this pillow. I bought the biggest, thickest one available.I have used a contour pillow for over 20 years. My last one expired and the sear was on for a replacement. I am a 5’1” 62 year old female that weights 147 lbs. I can lie on my side with this pillow and I am not smashing my shoulder.As a warning: this pillow is firm. The first night was uncomfortable, but after that, I started sleeping better than ever. It has softened up a little.When I bought a memory foam mattress, the store had a video that instructed the buyer to walk on the mattress for 10 minutes. I suggest you do that with this pillow as well. It opens up the foam cells a bit and makes it less rock hard.This is definitely a must have for back and side sleepers. I actually can sleep on my stomach with it as well, but not for too long, my back has too much arthritis. I am a physical therapist and this style pillow is what I recommend.

This is a really comfortable cervical pillow that also provides good support. The only thing thing that wasn't perfect for me is that it was a tad too elevated for my neck ( I am 5'3 1/2" tall ). So, I gave it to my husband, who is 6'2", and it is just right for him!

I've struggled to find a decent pillow for years. I don't know why, but by morning there is no pillow left under my neck and head. All the fill migrates to the ends of the pillow and fluffs up around my ears and face. After a few months, they're so mashed up that they won't fluff to their original shape. I've bought pillows that were advertised as "firm" with the same results. This pillow still has enough "give" that it feels soft, but retains its shape overnight. The elevated edge supports my neck, and it's comfortable whether I sleep on my back or side. It looks a little different from other pillows but, wow, it sure works.

I’ve always suffered from neck and shoulder pain before discovering Royal Therapy Pillows… I bought my first pillow from you 1 year ago and I’ve never slept on another pillow since. This is my 2nd purchase!

Haven’t slept on it yet but feels nice a d looks like good quality upon opening. A little bit of smell but aired it out for a day and ok.

I slept peacefully with my neck supported perfectly. I am a plus sized woman and the loft on this pillow is really supported and I woke up feeling great.

Love the firmness and how it forms your neck. I was always getting sore necks from other pillows. It is a great product for side or back sleepers.

Although this is a good quality pillow it did not work for me. I noticed after each night I used it, it softened and compressed. Eventually it did not provide me with support. I returned it.
